Our client is a well-established and thriving specialist mechanical services contractor undertaking the supply and installation of prefabricated and modular mechanical / HVAC, Chilled Water Systems and associated plantrooms and energy solutions across Ireland, The UK and Europe
This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can drive project performance, uphold company standards, and help shape recruitment and team evolution.
• Lead and develop site management teams to deliver projects on time and to spec.
• Maintain client relationships through regular updates and site visits.
• Ensure teams work efficiently with up-to-date drawings and clear objectives.
• Coordinate with project coordinators on planning tools and documentation.
• Manage procurement, cost tracking, and resource planning.
• Conduct weekly internal progress meetings and monthly performance reviews.
• Oversee commissioning, As-built documentation, and safety compliance.
• Provide accurate reporting for commercial valuations and contract variations.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally within the data centre sector, ideally an MEP subcontractor
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
• Strong planning skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Understanding of MEP systems is highly beneficial.
• Degree in a relevant discipline; professional chartership is advantageous.
• Full clean driving licence.
