Our organisation is a specialist in turnkey data centre delivery, operating across Europe and headquartered in Dublin.

We are seeking four Energy Marshalls or Senior Authorised Persons to oversee the safe operation, switching and authorisation of high/medium voltage systems (>20 kV) on data-centre construction sites in Finland. You will manage energy isolation, safe switching, permit-to-work and support commissioning teams in live and construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Authorise switching operations on HV/MV power systems, coordinate with subcontractors and site teams.
• Manage permit-to-work, energy isolation, safe access and electrical safety compliance.
• Supervise electrical operations, ensure safe switching procedures and adherence to regulations.
• Provide technical support for commissioning, installation and fault-finding of power systems.
• Travel and reside on site as part of a rotation package; accommodation and travel arrangements provided.

Requirements:

• Finnish candidates must hold S1 certificate & at least trade qualification.
• UK candidates: Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installation OR Level 3 Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (UK) plus City & Guilds Accredited High/Medium Voltage Senior Authorised Person Course (>20 kV) OR Safe Switching HV Systems – Senior Authorised Person Course.
• Irish candidates: Level 6 trade certification in Electrical Craft Practice (Ireland) plus City & Guilds HV Senior Authorised Person Course.
• Previous experience in HV/MV switching or authorised person role, preferably in mission-critical infrastructure or data-centres.
• Strong safety awareness, communication and hands-on technical skills.
