We’re working with a leading global consultancy delivering high-profile projects across data centre, industrial, and life sciences sectors. With continued European growth, they’re seeking an experienced Associate Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Frankfurt team.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within a dynamic and collaborative business known for its technical excellence, employee ownership, and long-term project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial and cost management on data centre projects across Europe.
  • Provide detailed cost planning, estimation, and procurement advice.
  • Manage pre- and post-contract duties, including tender evaluation, change control, and reporting.
  • Support business objectives of delivering value for money and project efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to developing client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate HSEQ and contractual standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or a related discipline.
  • MRICS or working toward professional membership.
  • Proven experience delivering data centre, mission critical, or large commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Experience gained within a consultancy, client-side, or Tier 1 contractor environment.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills beneficial.
