Associate Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre – Frankfurt

We’re working with a leading global consultancy delivering high-profile projects across data centre, industrial, and life sciences sectors. With continued European growth, they’re seeking an experienced Associate Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Frankfurt team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial and cost management on data centre projects across Europe.
Provide detailed cost planning, estimation, and procurement advice.
Manage pre- and post-contract duties, including tender evaluation, change control, and reporting.
Support business objectives of delivering value for money and project efficiency.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to developing client relationships.
Ensure compliance with corporate HSEQ and contractual standards.
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or a related discipline.
MRICS or working toward professional membership.
Proven experience delivering data centre, mission critical, or large commercial projects.
Strong understanding of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
Experience gained within a consultancy, client-side, or Tier 1 contractor environment.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; German language skills beneficial.
