This established main contractor has a proven track record in delivering large-scale housing schemes, apartment developments, and mixed-use residential projects. With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to high standards, they offer a supportive environment for ambitious construction professionals.
As Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Managing and coordinating all site operations for residential new build projects
• Supervising subcontractors, direct labour, and site personnel
• Ensuring adherence to programme schedules and project milestones
• Implementing and maintaining strict health, safety, and quality standards
• Conducting site meetings, reporting progress, and resolving any on-site issues
• Working closely with project managers, engineers, and design teams
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations, specifications, and client requirements
• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor
• Strong background in residential construction (housing or apartments)
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation
• A solid understanding of Irish building regulations and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and capability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Full clean driving licence
