Site Manager – Commercial Refurbishment – Belfast Our client is a Main Contractor with a proven track record of nationwide coverage of various projects. Due to a recent project win, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join them on a High-End commercial refurbishment project. This will be a long contract paying £280 - £300 depending on experience. Requirements Lead Site Operations – Manage day-to-day activities on a live refurbishment site, coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery in a fast-track environment. Requirements Successful candidate must have 10+ years experience managing sites in construction environments Benefits £280 - £300 per day
Plan & Programme Works – Develop short-term programmes, sequence activities carefully around building occupants, and drive progress to meet tight deadlines.
Health, Safety & Compliance – Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring all works comply with UK regulations, company procedures, and the additional requirements of an occupied environment.
Quality Control & Finishes – Maintain strict quality standards across all finishing trades, conducting inspections, managing snagging, and ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
Stakeholder & Client Interface – Act as the key point of contact on site, managing communication with building occupants, clients, and consultants, while minimising disruption to day-to-day business operations.
Successful candidate must have SMSTS Certificates or equivalent
Must be based within commutable distance of Belfast
Must have excellent communication skills (Written and Oral)
