Our client is a continuously expanding Tier 1 Main Contractor Company in Dublin, Ireland who is looking for a Site manager in Rosslare. If you are a dedicated Site manager with 10 or more years' experience and with trade background focusing on Civils or Groundworks, then you are what we are looking for! Key Responsibilities:
Supervision of site and ensuring the quality of work is exceptional.
Management and delivery of the project programmes.
Ensuring the project is delivered on time.
Ensuring that all health and safety measures are in place.
Maintenance of accurate and reliable documentation on site.
Overall responsibility for managing quality on site and delivering the highest possible standards of quality for all projects.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a Site Manager.
Ideally with Civils/Groundworks experience.
A Trade background is highly beneficial.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work on his/her own initiative.
With excellent IT skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
