We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Technical Services Manager to lead MEP coordination and delivery across multiple high-profile projects in London, with a particular focus on occupied sites and public sector frameworks. This is a critical role supporting project leadership teams in maintaining technical excellence, safety, and client satisfaction throughout complex construction lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead technical authority for MEP systems across projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
  • Manage the review, coordination, and approval of designs, CDP submissions, technical queries, and buildability solutions.
  • Conduct tender reviews, validations, gap analysis, and support procurement of MEP works packages.
  • Chair regular services and coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
  • Ensure installations are executed safely, on time, and to exacting quality standards.
  • Oversee commissioning strategy, sequencing, witnessing, and training to ensure a seamless handover.
  • Support post-handover activities, including seasonal commissioning and aftercare.
  • Supervise junior TSMs and support site teams through technical mentoring and quality leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working on Public Sector Frameworks (e.g., NHS, DfE, MoJ, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to operate confidently on occupied sites with full awareness of stakeholder sensitivity and operational continuity.
  • Strong MEP background – either mechanical or electrical – with site-based technical delivery experience.
  • Skilled at managing interface between design, commercial, and site teams.
  • Technically competent in commissioning protocols, compliance, RAMS, and quality close-out.
  • Highly proficient in software tools such as MS Project or Asta, and well-versed in O&M and handover documentation.
  • Trade or degree-qualified with SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS as standard.

On Offer:

  • £350 - £400 per day
  • Stable, long-term role on nationally recognised schemes.
  • Opportunity to join a growing delivery team delivering high-quality public sector and commercial projects.
  • Development opportunities for continued career progression in technical leadership.
