Senior Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre – Finland

We are currently partnering with a renowned CSA specialist focusing on Groundworks, RC Frames and Landscaping. They work closely with some of the biggest contractors in the Data Centre industry and have presence across Ireland, The Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Finland and Sweden.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Helsinki, Finland. 

Responsibilities

•    Commercial Leadership & Strategy
Lead the commercial management of CSA packages, ensuring profitability, cost control, and contract compliance across groundworks, RC structures, and associated civil works.
•    Contract Administration & Risk Management
Oversee contractual obligations under main and subcontract agreements (e.g. NEC, JCT), proactively managing risk, claims, and dispute resolution to protect the company’s commercial interests.
•    Cost Management & Reporting
Manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts, delivering regular financial reports and CVRs to senior management, with full accountability for project margin performance.
•    Change Control & Client Negotiation
Lead the identification, pricing, negotiation, and agreement of variations and compensation events, ensuring alignment with contractual processes and client expectations.
•    Team Mentorship & Stakeholder Engagement
Supervise and support intermediate and junior QS staff, while fostering strong working relationships with clients, main contractors, and internal delivery teams to support successful project outcomes.

Requirements

Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
Ideal Candidate will have relevant degree level qualification
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Finland
Data Centre experience is preferred

Benefits

€100,000 - €120,000 per annum + Accommodation + Car + Benefits
