Senior Project Manager - Surrey

A renowned Main Contractor headquartered in Surrey, boasting a turnover of £60 million, is currently in search of a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee a selection of their ongoing projects spanning Education, Residential, Heritage, and Public sectors.

Responsibilities encompass:

• Project scheduling and programming
• Strategic planning and execution
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Efficient management of subcontractors
• Leadership and supervision of project team
• Ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience working with Main Contractors in areas such as New Build Residential, Refurbishment, and Interiors. They must have previously held a No.1 site position and demonstrate capability in leading projects from initiation to completion.
