Senior Mechanical Project Manager - Data Centre - Sweden
The selected candidate will assume responsibility for overseeing the mechanical aspects of a significant high-tech manufacturing facility project. Directly reporting to the Operations Director, this position entails client interaction and holds overarching accountability for construction, safety and welfare, quality assurance, project scheduling, contract management, and commercial aspects. The Project Director will lead the Project Team and is expected to cultivate a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Skills and Qualifications
• Exceptional communication and reporting abilities
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in Project Management roles, overseeing sizable teams
• Proficiency in project planning, construction sequencing, and understanding critical path methodologies
• Previous experience in a client-facing role is advantageous
• Prior experience working in the Sweden is preferred
• Strong acumen in commercial affairs and contract management
