Our company is currently seeking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Mechanical Construction Manager to be working in Sweden for a leading contractor committed to excellence, innovation and sustainability that delivers top notch services. As Senior Mechanical Construction Manager you will be responsible for coordinating the mechanical systems installation, leading the subcontractors and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within the budget and of highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Manage the planning & coordination of mechanical construction activities, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and other mechanical systems.
Determine project schedule needs, provide support in the completion of project schedule, 12 weeks look aheads, reporting on site progress and highlighting future issues / roadblocks.
Implement quality assurance process & procedures to ensure that mechanical construction works meet or exceed the project expectations.
Carry out regular inspections and audits to identify and address any issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Degree in Mechanical trade or Engineering background is essential.
Proven track record in a similar role.
Experience working with any of the following materials and jointing methods is also an advantage: PVC, PVDF, PP, S/S, C/S, orbital and tig welding and fusion jointing.
Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledgeable in essential software and tools.
Knowledge of database systems such as filemaker would be advantageous.
