Regional Health and Safety Manager – Data Centres – Amsterdam Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organization, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector and are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight. Responsibilities • Lead and implement health and safety strategies across multiple high-value data centre construction sites in the Amsterdam region, ensuring alignment with company policies, local legislation, and international best practices. We are pleased to announce that they are currently seeking an experienced Regional Health and Safety Manager to join their team in Amsterdam, Holland.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards, enforce compliance, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture across all project teams and subcontractors.
• Manage and coordinate HSE personnel across the region, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to ensure consistent and effective application of safety protocols and reporting systems.
• Develop and deliver training programs and toolbox talks for site operatives, supervisors, and subcontractors to promote awareness and proactive safety behaviours in a high-risk, fast-paced environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis, timely reporting, corrective actions, and lessons learned are captured and communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
Must have 8+ years of large-scale construction experience (Data Centre preferred)
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Europe
