Due to our client's continued expansion, we are actively seeking an experienced Regional Health & Safety Manager to be working in their projects based in Dublin, Ireland. Our client is a Tier 1 contractor committed to excellence, innovation and sustainability that delivers high quality services. The company is currently involved in complex technical projects in life sciences, pharmaceutical and data centre schemes across Europe. As a Regional Health & Safety Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Health and Safety programs, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory practices and requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Lead, implement, and maintain health and safety programs, policies, and procedures tailored to the specific needs and risks of the company’s operations.
Ensure that health and safety programs are aligned with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and corporate guidelines.
Responsible for regular risk assessments and hazard identification activities to identify potential health and safety hazards in the workplace.
Provide and deliver health and safety training programs for employees, supervisors, and managers to ensure awareness and compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
Manage and maintain accurate records of incident investigations, including incident reports, witness statements, and corrective action plans.
Knowledge in updated health and safety regulations and standards, and ensure that our operations comply with all applicable regulatory requirements.
Degree in Health and Safety Management.
7+ years of experience in Health & Safety Management roles.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Excellent IT skills.
