Quality Manager – Mission-Critical Construction – Norway

 

A specialist contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects across Europe is looking for a Quality Manager to oversee all QA/QC operations on a hyperscale build in Norway.

 

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can confidently lead quality systems on technically complex sites and support the delivery of safe, compliant, and world-class infrastructure.

 

Core Duties:

  • Manage all QA/QC procedures and systems from project mobilisation to handover.
  • Monitor and report on quality KPIs, performing regular internal and external audits.
  • Supervise inspection and testing of all services, from civil to MEP installations.
  • Interface with client quality teams and ensure full traceability of quality records.
  • Champion continual improvement initiatives and coach teams on best practices.
  • Support documentation control, ITP development, and final QA closeout.

Requirements:

  • Engineering or quality-related degree plus certification in ISO standards or equivalent
  • 5+ years of QA/QC management on large, multi-disciplinary construction projects
  • Familiarity with European regulations, EN 50600, TIA 942, and ISO 9001/45001 frameworks
  • Confident communicator and team leader; English fluency required
  • Must hold EU passport or right to work in Norway
