As Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the entire quality function for the roofing & cladding package, ensuring works are completed to the required standards, specifications and client expectations. You will work closely with site teams, installation crews, the main contractor and the client’s QA representatives to maintain full oversight of documentation, inspections and processes throughout the build.
• Develop, implement and manage the Quality Plan for the roofing & cladding scope
• Conduct inspections, audits and checks throughout installation
• Maintain and oversee all QA/QC documentation, test records and handover files
• Coordinate with design, engineering and site teams to resolve technical issues
• Verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards and safety requirements
• Work closely with the main contractor and client quality teams
• Provide training, guidance and support to site supervisors and installers
• Ensure smooth, timely and compliant handover of completed works
• Strong background in QA/QC within roofing, cladding, façades or building envelope systems
• Experience working on large, fast-paced industrial or data centre projects preferred
• Excellent knowledge of quality processes, inspections, testing and documentation
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical standards
• Methodical, detail-driven and proactive in identifying and solving quality issues
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with clients and senior stakeholders
