Our client, a leading contractor, is urgently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead the quality assurance efforts ensuring that the highest quality standards are delivered. As Quality Assurance Manager you will oversee the QA team, develop, and implement quality assurance policies, and work closely with other departments to ensure consistent quality throughout the project delivery processes. 

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:  

  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. 

  • Ensure the company’s compliance with ISO certifications or other relevant quality frameworks. 

  • Ensure all processes are documented, consistent, and align with industry standards and company policies.  

  • Lead the continuous improvement of the QMS to enhance product/project quality and operational efficiency.  

  • Establish and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures including internal and external audits, to verify compliance with established QMS, industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.  

  • Prepare regular reports on quality performance, including key quality metrics, audit findings & status, for relevant senior management.  

  • Degree/qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.  

  • Strong knowledge of QMS standards, industry regulations, and best practices. 

  • Significant experience as Quality Assurance Manager, preferably within commercial, residential, healthcare, and life sciences projects. 

  • Effective communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.  

  • Proven experience in leading audits & quality assessments.
