A leading UK MEP contractor delivering major hyperscale data centre projects across Europe is seeking a QA/QC Manager to join their London team on a long-term contract. This organisation is known for its engineering excellence, strong financial backing, and reputation for delivering complex mission-critical facilities for top-tier tech clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all QA/QC activities across mechanical & electrical packages
  • Implement project quality plans, ITPs, check sheets and inspection processes
  • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and client QC representatives
  • Review technical submittals, method statements, and design documentation
  • Manage NCRs, root cause analysis and corrective action plans
  • Ensure full documentation for commissioning and handover
  • Maintain exceptional quality culture and compliance throughout the build

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in QA/QC roles on data centre, pharma or mission-critical projects
  • Background in MEP, electrical, mechanical or similar technical discipline
  • Excellent knowledge of quality processes, ITPs, audits, and documentation workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive high-quality standards
  • Strong reporting, communication and organisational skills
