You’ll oversee multiple retail fit-out projects at any one time, typically 6-week turnaround schemes. Each project will have an allocated Site Manager, leaving you to focus on programme oversight, cost control, client liaison, and ensuring delivery is on time and to brand standards.
This is a national role covering England, Wales and Scotland. While you’ll need to travel to site regularly, extended stays away from home are not required.
• Manage several live shop-fit projects simultaneously
• Plan, programme and oversee all phases of the works
• Liaise closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams
• Ensure quality, H&S compliance and commercial performance
• Lead and support on-site teams (with Site Managers in place)
• Report progress to senior management and stakeholders
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within retail, interiors or fast-track construction
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
• A proactive communicator who builds strong client relationships
• Flexibility to travel across Britain as required
• Ability to drive programme, maintain standards and solve problems quickly
• Competitive salary circa £70k - £80k + package
