Project Manager – Data Centre – Frankfurt

We are currently partnering with a Fit-out contractor with proven success across Europe on Data Centre Projects, Roofing contracts and many more. With capabilities and expertise across the whole construction sector they are looking to expand their ever-growing Data Centre team with an experienced Project Manager in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities

•    Project Planning & Execution:
Lead the overall planning, coordination, and delivery of the data centre fit-out project, ensuring it meets all time, cost, quality, and safety targets.
•    Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.
•    Program & Schedule Management:
Develop and manage the project schedule in alignment with client milestones, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
•    Quality & Compliance Oversight:
Ensure that all works are delivered to the highest standards and in compliance with local building regulations, health & safety legislation, and data centre-specific requirements.
•    Budget & Cost Control:
Monitor project budgets, manage cost reporting, and support the commercial team in procurement, contract administration, and change control processes.

Requirements

Must have a relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades’ background
Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on fit out projects on large scale builds (Preferably Data Centres)
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Germany
Must have excellent communication skills (Written & Oral)

Benefits

€80,000-€90,000 per annum, living allowance, Rotation, Accommodation, Flights
