Project Manager Our client is a leading specialist subcontractor delivering high-quality internal packages across large-scale mission-critical and commercial projects throughout the UK and Ireland. Known for precision, technical expertise, and collaborative approach, they work closely with Tier 1 main contractors to deliver complex packages in fast-paced environments. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage the delivery of a large internals package on a data centre project in Slough, Buckinghamshire. The package will comprise ceilings, partitions, white wall systems, fireproofing, and reception area fit-out works. Working closely with the Tier 1 main contractor and your internal team, you'll ensure that the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Requirements: What’s on Offer:
• Lead and manage all aspects of internals package delivery on site
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to meet programme milestones
• Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and design specifications
• Collaborate with Tier 1 contractor and project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Oversee planning, progress tracking, materials procurement, and logistics
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
• Resolve site issues proactively and ensure works are completed to programme
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing fit-out or internals packages, ideally in data centres or high-tech environments
• Strong knowledge of specialist finishes such as structural ceilings, fireproofing, clean rooms, or technical fit-outs
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Experience working with Tier 1 contractors on large-scale projects
