Data Centre Construction – CSA Lead

Our client is a well-established international contractor delivering large-scale construction projects across Europe. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and project delivery, the company operates across a diverse portfolio including commercial developments, advanced manufacturing, infrastructure, and mission-critical data centre facilities.
Due to continued expansion within the data centre sector, our client is seeking an experienced Project Lead (CSA) to join the delivery team on a major data centre project in Finland.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the overall management and coordination of the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scope on a large-scale data centre development. The Project Lead will oversee programme delivery, subcontractor performance, and quality standards while ensuring works are executed safely and efficiently.
Working closely with senior project leadership, design teams, subcontractors, and client representatives, the Project Lead will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of CSA works across this complex mission-critical facility.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the CSA delivery on a major data centre construction project in Finland
• Coordinate and oversee civil, structural, and architectural packages, ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme requirements
• Manage and direct site teams, subcontractors, and package managers responsible for CSA works
• Ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor and drive project progress, proactively identifying and resolving programme risks and technical challenges
• Promote and enforce a strong health & safety culture across all CSA activities
• Work closely with project management, engineering teams, and subcontractors to ensure efficient sequencing and coordination with MEP and commissioning teams
• Chair and attend coordination meetings with key stakeholders, subcontractors, and consultants
• Review and support the preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and construction planning documentation
• Ensure accurate reporting on progress, programme milestones, and commercial performance
• Support project handover activities, ensuring all CSA elements meet client specifications and quality expectations
