Project Director - Data Centres – Saudi Arabia

We are currently partnering with a Tier-2 Design and Build contractor specialising in Data Centres across the globe. Due to continuous growth, they are looking to expand their team further with an experienced Project Director in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery:
Lead the end-to-end execution of a high-value data centre construction project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication across all project stages.
Team Management & Development:
Oversee and mentor project teams including project managers, engineers, and site staff, driving performance, accountability, and professional growth across all disciplines.
Design & Build Coordination:
Manage the integration of design and construction activities, ensuring seamless collaboration between in-house and external design teams, while resolving technical and constructability issues.
Compliance & Risk Oversight:
Ensure full compliance with local regulations, contract requirements, and company policies, while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks throughout the construction lifecycle.

Requirements

Must have 10+ years’ experience in a similar position
Must have Relevant degree level qualification
Must have 4+ years’ experience on Data Centre construction projects
