Project Director – €50m MEP Data Center Package – Frankfurt

We are looking for an accomplished Project Director to lead this transformational project. This is your chance to drive excellence on a nationally significant scheme, delivering cutting-edge mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions within a dynamic and supportive environment.
 

What you’ll do:

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery for a high-profile MEP data center package, from design coordination to commissioning and handover.
• Drive high standards of quality, safety, and programme adherence while managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Manage commercial risk, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting at the highest level.
• Champion innovation and best practice in MEP construction on one of Europe’s most advanced data centers.

What you need to succeed:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale MEP packages, ideally data centers or similar technical environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record managing multimillion-euro construction projects.
• Deep knowledge of construction regulations, H&S standards, and commercial contract frameworks.
• EU Passport holders only — no CVs from current TSL employees or affiliates.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, complex infrastructure projects on time and budget.
