Hyperscale Data Centre, Sweden

Our client, a €1.3bn+ main contractor with rapid year-on-year growth (10–15%), is delivering high-spec data centres across Europe. From concept to commissioning, they own the full build process—and now they need a seasoned MEP Manager to lead the charge on their flagship €500M+ hyperscale project in Sweden.

The Role
As MEP Manager, you’ll own the full mechanical, electrical, and public health delivery—managing packages, subcontractors, and interfaces with design, BIM, and client teams. You’ll report to the Project Director and be the go-to person ensuring MEP systems are aligned, integrated, and delivered on time, on budget, and to spec.

What You’ll Do:
•    Lead MEP works from design through to commissioning
•    Coordinate across mechanical, electrical & PH disciplines
•    Manage subcontractors: scope, progress, QA/QC
•    Interface with design, BIM, and planning teams
•    Ensure compliance with HSE, building regs & client standards
•    Support commissioning and drive handover readiness

What You’ll Bring:
•    5+ years’ site-based MEP experience on large-scale or mission-critical builds
•    Hyperscale data centre experience (a strong advantage)
•    Degree in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or a solid MEP trade background
•    Confident under pressure and comfortable with fast-track programmes
•    Excellent coordination, communication & leadership skills
•    Willingness to relocate to Sweden full-time (with full support provided)
