MEP Manager – Data Centres – Sweden

We are currently partnering with an international construction company with operations in Ireland, Germany and Sweden. Their impressive and ever-growing portfolio includes commercial, fit-out, data centres, biopharma, industrial warehousing, retail, residential, healthcare, conservation and education projects. Due to their continued growth, they are actively seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join their team in Sweden.

Responsibilities

•   Lead Electrical Delivery:
Oversee all electrical systems delivery (MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, BMS, lighting, and fire systems), ensuring installation aligns with client specifications, project programme, and local regulations.
•   Coordination Across MEP Disciplines:
Act as the primary interface between mechanical, electrical, and public health disciplines—driving coordinated delivery, clash resolution, and alignment with BIM models.
•   Interface with Client & Consultants:
Represent the contractor in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and vendors—ensuring all design, compliance, and commissioning expectations are managed and achieved.
•   Subcontractor Oversight & QA/QC:
Manage electrical subcontractors' performance on-site, enforcing QA/QC protocols, RAMS compliance, and ensuring all works meet international standards (e.g. IEC, EN).
•   Support Commissioning & Handover:
Coordinate with commissioning teams through SATs, IST, and integrated MEP testing—ensuring smooth transition to operations, documentation close-out, and successful client handover.

Requirements

Must have Electrical Engineering or similar degree level qualification
Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on Data Centres or similar large scale construction projects
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Sweden

€80,000 - €100,000 + Full Rotational Package
