Mechanical Supervisor – Data Centre – Amsterdam

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team. This position will be based on-site in Amsterdam, Holland.

Responsibilities

•   Supervise Mechanical Installations:
Oversee all on-site mechanical systems installation, including HVAC, chilled water systems, CRAC units, and fire suppression, ensuring alignment with project drawings, specifications, and standards.
•   Coordinate with Stakeholders:
Liaise daily with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical services within tight data centre timelines.
•   Ensure Compliance and Quality Control:
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and local building codes; implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for all mechanical works.
•   Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
Track daily and weekly progress of mechanical tasks, identify risks or delays, and provide regular updates to site management and clients.
•   Manage Site Teams & Resources:
Lead and motivate on-site mechanical teams, allocate labour and materials efficiently, and ensure all activities meet productivity targets and deadlines.

Requirements

Must have EU Passport or Dutch RTW
Mechanical Engineering Qualification or equivalent trades background
3+ years of experience in Mechanical supervision within large-scale Mechanical installations.

Benefits

€70,000 - €80,000 per annum + Full Rotational Package
