Mechanical QAQC Supervisor – Data Centre – Netherlands

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical QAQC Supervisor to join our team. This position will be based on-site in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Responsibilities

•    Mechanical Quality Management
Implement and maintain the Mechanical QAQC Plan, ensuring all HVAC, chilled water, pipework, fire protection, and associated systems comply with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable European standards (EN, ASHRAE, CIBSE).
•    Site Inspection & Compliance
Carry out inspections of mechanical installation works to verify compliance with approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, and recognised data centre construction best practices.
•    Testing & Commissioning Oversight
Coordinate and witness mechanical testing and commissioning activities, including FATs, SATs, pressure testing, flushing, pre-commissioning, and system readiness for integrated testing.
•    Quality Documentation & Reporting
Manage mechanical QAQC documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs, test records, and handover dossiers, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness.
•    Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues efficiently and support programme milestones and phased data hall handovers.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
Must have 4+ years’ experience in a similar role on large-scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Candidate holding EU Passport or RTW in the Netherlands is preferred 

Benefits

€75,000 - €85,000 + Full Rotational Package
