Mechanical Pipework & PH Package Manager – Frankfurt – Data Centre

Join the mechanical leadership team on one of Frankfurt’s most high-spec data centre builds as Mechanical Pipework & Public Health Package Manager. Oversee all PH systems, risers, chilled water pipework, and high-performance mechanical systems under a €50 million MEP scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the pipework and PH packages from mobilisation through commissioning and client handover.
• Review technical submissions, lead installation coordination, and ensure quality and compliance.
• Drive safety, programme performance, and technical resolution across high-pressure, high-volume environments.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience leading mechanical packages on data centres, pharma, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical background in chilled water, PH, risers, and technical plantrooms.
• EU passport required for access to Frankfurt site and compliance with rotation requirements.
• Candidates working with the main contractor on this build will not be considered.

Package:

• €100,000 – €110,000 per annum + €1,500 net per month allowances.
• Full accommodation, flights, expenses, and 17/4 rotation.
