Mechanical Construction Manager – Finland (x4)

We are a specialist turnkey data-centre delivery partner with operations across Europe and headquartered in Dublin, delivering high-performance mission-critical facilities.
We are hiring four Mechanical Construction Managers to lead mechanical installation works on major data-centre projects in Finland. You will ensure mechanical systems are installed, tested and commissioned to programme, quality and safety targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage mechanical installation works: HVAC, piping, chilled water, containment, fire protection and associated systems on data-centre sites.
Lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, quality and schedule adherence.
Interface with design, commissioning, QA/QC and project management teams for seamless hand-over.
Monitor budgets, progress tracking, quality assurance and risk mitigation.
Travel and work on rotation in Finland; accommodation and travel provided.
Requirements:
Significant experience (10+ years) in mechanical construction management, ideally on data-centre or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership, team management, scheduling, budgeting and quality control skills.
Understanding of mechanical services (HVAC, piping, containment) in large scale build-outs.
Willingness to relocate/work in Finland on rotation model with travel/accommodation.
