Logistics Manager – Data Centre – Frankfurt

We are currently partnered with a large MEP Subcontractor with presence across the UK and Europe. They have recently acquired a €50m MEP Package of works on a Data Centre construction project in Frankfurt. Due to this they are now actively seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Site Logistics Operations:
Manage all on-site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment movements, and storage coordination to ensure uninterrupted progress of MEP installations on the data centre project.
Interface with Project Stakeholders:
Act as the primary logistics liaison between the MEP subcontractor, general contractor, suppliers, and site teams to align daily activities with the construction schedule.
Implement and Maintain Logistics Plans:
Develop and enforce detailed logistics strategies aligned with the overall project program, including traffic management, offloading zones, and material laydown areas.
Monitor Compliance and Safety Standards:
Ensure all logistics activities comply with German construction regulations, health & safety standards, and site-specific requirements, including handling of specialized MEP materials.
Inventory and Material Tracking:
Oversee inventory control systems to track incoming materials, prevent shortages or excess, and support just-in-time delivery in coordination with procurement and warehouse teams.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades’ background
Minimum 5 years of logistics management experience, preferably in large-scale construction projects involving MEP systems or data centre builds
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Germany

Benefits

€80,000 - €100,000 + Full Rotational Package
