Electrical Supervisor Data Centre Construction, Sweden Key Responsibilities Requirements In Return, Our Client Offers
Our client is a specialist data centre main contractor delivering a full turnkey solution on New Build Data Centre projects across Europe, covering civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and commissioning works. Group turnover is already in excess of €1.5bn and their order book is full for the next 3-years.
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the site delivery team on a major data centre development in Sweden.
The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of electrical installation works on site, ensuring activities are delivered safely, in accordance with the programme, and to the required quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities across the project.
• Manage and monitor electrical subcontractors, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met.
• Ensure all electrical works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate daily site activities with MEP, CSA, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor progress against programme and report issues or delays to the MEP management team.
• Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are adhered to, including toolbox talks, permits, and RAMS.
• Support inspection, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.
• Maintain accurate site records, quality documentation, and as-built information.
• Electrical trade qualification or equivalent technical certification.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within large-scale construction projects.
• Previous experience on data centre, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of LV and MV electrical systems and installation practices.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience working in Sweden or the Nordic region is an advantage.
