Electrical QA/QC Supervisor – Data Centre – Amsterdam

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Supervisor to join our team. This position will be based on-site in Amsterdam, Holland.

Responsibilities

•   Ensure Compliance: Review electrical designs, specifications, and installation activities to ensure full compliance with Dutch regulations, IEC/EN standards, and client requirements for mission-critical environments.
•   Inspection & Testing: Supervise the inspection and testing of electrical systems including containment, cabling, switchgear, LV/MV distribution, UPS, and generator systems. Witness FATs, pre-commissioning, and final commissioning activities.
•   Quality Documentation: Maintain up-to-date QA/QC records, including test reports, ITPs, checklists, NCRs, method statements, and as-builts in accordance with project handover requirements.
•   Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, project managers, and commissioning engineers to ensure quality milestones are met and issues are resolved promptly.
•   Auditing & Improvement: Conduct internal audits and support external QA/QC inspections. Drive quality improvements and ensure lessons learnt are fed back into ongoing and future work packages.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background
Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on Data Centres or similar large scale construction projects
Must have EU Passport or RTW in the Netherlands
