Electrical Project Manager - Data Centres – Frankfurt, Germany

Our client is a €2bn turnover, Tier:1 main contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major, complex schemes with a particular emphasis on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical and Life Science projects
 

Due to continued growth in the region of their Data Centre division, our client is now seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their European Data Centre team based on a hyper-scale data centre build in Frankfurt, Germany

Responsibilities to include:

• Developing and managing quality control provisions
• Weekly client update meeting / Liaison with the client on KPI development and implementation
• Liaison with the Commercial team to ensure contracts, purchase orders, payment certs and change orders are issued in accordance with company policies.
• Creation of installed drawings and O&M Manuals.
• Planning of all resources including labour, material and sub-contractors
• Managing a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
• Liaison with the client regarding the permitting of all works within the live environment and participate in the development of RAMS and relevant client permits.

Ideal Criteria:

3rd level qualification, Engineering Degree or recognised trade qualification

5+ years’ experience of managing large electrical package on Data Centre projects (or similar industry sectors)
