As Electrical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the electrical delivery on a flagship hyperscale data centre project in Sweden, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution from installation through commissioning and final handover.
Key Requirements
EU Passport essential – visa sponsorship is not available.
3rd Level Building Services / Electrical Engineering Degree or strong trade background with management experience.
5+ years’ experience in a site-based MEP leadership role, ideally on mission-critical or hyperscale data centre projects.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing complex, high-value electrical works.
Excellent IT and reporting skills, including MS Office and project scheduling tools.
Proven track record of driving Health & Safety culture and compliance.
Ability to collaborate across multinational teams, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all electrical delivery activities, from installation through commissioning.
Ensure Health & Safety is central to all planning and decision-making, embedding best practices across teams.
Oversee hazardous energy control strategies, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
Maintain a comprehensive technical understanding of all electrical systems to ensure compliance with specifications and programme needs.
Support the development and implementation of Commissioning Implementation Plans (CIPs) for critical systems.
Conduct site quality inspections to guarantee installation standards are met.
Coordinate with CSA and MEP teams to ensure areas meet beneficial use standards aligned with the master programme.
Manage contractors and vendors, ensuring resources and manpower meet programme demands.
Review and optimise construction schedules, identifying sequencing opportunities to enhance delivery.
Oversee temporary power systems for construction and commissioning phases.
Lead key stakeholder meetings, driving technical clarity and programme alignment.
Produce detailed progress, cost, and manpower reports for senior management.
Drive a high-performance culture, mentoring teams and subcontractors for continuous improvement.
