Electrical Project Manager – Eskilstuna Location: Eskilstuna, Södermanland County, Sweden A leading European data centre delivery contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a major hyperscale development in Eskilstuna, Sweden. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing the full electrical package on a large-scale mission-critical project, ensuring delivery is safe, on programme, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
The Electrical Project Manager will lead, coordinate, and control all electrical construction activities, driving productivity, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring full commercial and programme control.

• €120,000 – €130,000 salary
€120,000 – €130,000 + Rotation + Accommodation + Travel + EU Allowance

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate electrical design with internal teams and subcontractors
• Supervise and monitor ongoing electrical works
• Ensure strict Quality and Health & Safety compliance
• Monitor labour tracking sheets and workforce productivity
• Oversee the full electrical installation scope
• Engage directly with client representatives and stakeholders
• Ensure delivery in line with programme, budget, and scope
• Lead project teams including engineers, supervisors, and foremen
• Ensure materials, equipment, information, and workforce planning are aligned
• Coordinate works with other subcontractors in shared zones
• Review and sign off all relevant documentation and weekly reports
• Experience within M&E contracting environment
• Data centre or mission-critical experience advantageous
• Trade or Engineering background preferred
• Proven management of large contracts and site teams
• Strong programme, commercial, and reporting capability
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
