Our client is a €2bn turnover, Tier:1 main contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major, complex schemes with a particular emphasis on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical and Life Science projects

Due to continued growth in the region of their Data Centre division, our client is now seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their European Data Centre team based on a hyper-scale data centre build in Odense, Denmark 

This is a rare opportunity to work on one of the largest and most advanced data centre projects in Europe, with a respected international main contractor at the forefront of mission-critical construction.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage all electrical scope of works from design coordination through to commissioning
•    Liaise with client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
•    Monitor programme, quality, and budget – ensuring KPIs and deadlines are met
•    Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, procurement, and material logistics
•    Lead technical meetings, resolve on-site issues, and drive progress
•    Ensure all works are compliant with Danish/local regulations and client specifications
•    Promote a strong health & safety culture across site activities

Ideal Candidate Profile:
•    5+ years’ experience in electrical project management on large-scale projects
•    Previous data centre, high-tech or mission-critical project experience strongly preferred
•    Experience working for a Tier 1 main contractor or large MEP contractor
•    Excellent organisational, leadership and stakeholder management skills
•    Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (preferred)
•    EU Passport or rights to work in Denmark
