Electrical Integration Manager

We are recruiting an Integration Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Portugal. This is a key on-site role, responsible for bringing together design, construction, commissioning, and client teams to ensure smooth coordination across all disciplines.
 

The successful candidate will manage interfaces between CSA, MEP, telecoms, and commissioning activities, helping the project progress safely, efficiently, and in line with programme milestones.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track integration activities across all project stages
• Act as the main point of contact for integration planning, progress, and reporting
• Manage construction phasing across CSA and MEP systems
• Produce bi-weekly progress reports covering design, procurement, construction, and handover
• Develop and maintain the Integration Execution Plan
• Chair internal and client-facing integration meetings
• Ensure telecom material procurement processes are followed
• Coordinate with the client on snagging, commissioning, and handover
• Participate in design workshops and coordination meetings
• Support installation planning, site onboarding, method statements, and H&S documentation
• Promote and enforce high Health & Safety standards across all integration activities

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in on-site project management
• Strong background in data centre or pharmaceutical projects preferred
• Solid understanding of MEP and CSA coordination
• Experience working in fast-paced, multi-discipline environments
• Telecoms integration experience is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
