Electrical Construction Manager Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands A leading European data centre delivery contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join a flagship hyperscale project in Amsterdam. This role is suited to a senior electrical professional with strong M&E contractor experience and a proven background delivering large-scale, fast-track mission-critical projects.
The Electrical Construction Manager will take full ownership of electrical site delivery, ensuring works are executed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead subcontractors, manage resources, drive productivity, and maintain strict compliance with health & safety and governance standards. • Develop detailed construction plans including scheduling and resource allocation
• Relevant Electrical Engineering qualification
€110,000 – €125,000 + Rotation + Accommodation + Travel + EU Allowance

Key Responsibilities
• Manage subcontractors and large site teams
• Oversee procurement and ensure materials/equipment meet specifications
• Implement quality control measures across all electrical installations
• Monitor costs and maintain budget control
• Track progress against programme and mitigate delays
• Identify and manage construction risks and technical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and statutory regulations
• Act as key interface between client, contractors, and stakeholders
Essential Criteria
• 8+ years’ experience in a similar role within an M&E contractor
• Proven management of large electrical site teams
• Data centre or mission-critical experience advantageous
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control capability
• Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
