Design Admin – Finland (Local Package)

Join a leading turnkey data centre delivery specialist headquartered in Dublin and operating across Europe. This role supports ongoing high-performance data centre projects in Finland as part of a multidisciplinary design and construction delivery team.

The Design Admin will provide administrative and coordination support to the design management and engineering teams, helping manage design documentation, drawing registers, submittals, and workflow tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Design Manager and engineering team in organising, tracking, and maintaining design documentation and deliverables.
• Manage drawing registers, submittal logs, meeting minutes, design schedules, and trackers.
• Coordinate communication between design, procurement, BIM, and construction teams.
• Assist in preparing agendas, compiling actions, and following up on design meeting items.
• Ensure all design documentation complies with company and client standards.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the design function.

Requirements:

• Experience in a design, document control, or engineering admin role within construction or MEP environments (data centre experience preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and document management systems (Aconex, Procore, or equivalent).
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in English; Finnish is advantageous.
• Based in Finland or willing to relocate locally (no rotation).
