CSA Site Manager

Our client is a multi-disciplined main contractor operating across the UK and Europe with a turnover of €750m and sustained annual growth of 5%–7.5%. They deliver large-scale, turnkey projects for blue-chip clients, with a strong focus on data centres and other technology-heavy developments.
Following a recent project win, our client is seeking an experienced CSA Site Manager to lead the civil, structural, and architectural works on a major data centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. This is a key site-based leadership role responsible for the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of the CSA scope.

The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager / Construction Manager, the CSA Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the CSA packages on site. Key responsibilities include:
•    Managing and supervising all civil, structural, and architectural works
•    Leading and coordinating subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on programme and to specification
•    Ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards
•    Overseeing site logistics, resource allocation, and sequencing of works
•    Reviewing drawings, technical documentation, and specifications to support construction
•    Managing RFIs, site instructions, and design clarifications
•    Coordinating with MEP, commissioning, and project teams to manage interfaces
•    Reporting site progress, issues, and risk management to senior project leadership
•    Supporting inspections, testing, and handover activities

Requirements
•    Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
•    Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Engineer on large-scale projects
•    Strong experience delivering CSA works in data centres, industrial, or high-spec commercial projects
•    Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
•    Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site safety
•    Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams
•    Strong communication and reporting skills
•    Willingness to be site-based in Frankfurt (rotational or expat basis)
