CSA Lead – Mission-Critical Construction – Norway

An expanding European general contractor is seeking a talented CSA Lead to manage all civil, structural, and architectural works on a high-value data centre project in Norway.

This company delivers some of the most advanced technical builds in the Nordic region, with a focus on safety, coordination, and engineering excellence. The role is ideal for a construction leader who understands the fast-paced nature of mission-critical projects and can manage CSA works with confidence and precision.

Role Overview:

  • Direct all on-site CSA works—from excavation and foundation stages to superstructure erection and architectural finishes.
  • Liaise with designers, consultants, and BIM teams to resolve clashes, ensure accuracy, and support constructability.
  • Monitor progress against schedule, drive sequencing plans, and support the integration of CSA works with MEP and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure all works meet Norwegian building codes, safety standards, and project-specific requirements.
  • Promote safe working practices on-site, lead safety briefings, and enforce strict compliance with RAMS and permit systems.
  • Represent the CSA discipline at site meetings and coordinate closely with project leadership, structural engineers, and client representatives.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years’ experience overseeing CSA works on data centres or complex industrial projects
  • Background in civil or structural engineering or equivalent site management experience
  • Strong familiarity with steel/concrete works, internal fit-outs, and architectural finishes
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and deliver on schedule and quality goals
  • English fluency required; Nordic experience preferred
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid RTW in Norway

What’s Offered:

  • €100,000 – €120,000 salary + rotation package
  • Paid accommodation and travel support
  • Strategic role on a major hyperscale data centre project
  • Long-term opportunity with a growing Nordic contractor
  • Collaborative site culture focused on safety, performance, and technical delivery
