CSA Lead – Hyperscale Data Centre Project – Norway
A growing European contractor specialising in the design and build of data centres is seeking an experienced CSA Lead to oversee the civil, structural, and architectural packages on a large-scale hyperscale project in Norway.
With an expanding footprint across Europe and a strong pipeline of mission-critical work, this contractor offers a long-term opportunity to lead high-value construction activities on one of the region’s most technically complex builds.
This is a full-time, site-based leadership role ideal for a construction professional with strong technical and coordination experience across CSA works on large industrial or data centre projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the CSA scope, including substructure, superstructure, internal partitions, architectural finishes, and external works. Lead subcontractor performance to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely delivery.
Interface with structural and architectural design teams to review drawings, specifications, and BIM models. Provide constructability input and ensure alignment with MEP and overall project requirements.
Develop and track CSA construction activities in collaboration with the planning team. Sequence works to support MEP installation, commissioning, and overall project milestones.
Implement and enforce strict QA/QC standards. Conduct inspections, manage snag lists, and ensure compliance with Norwegian building codes, EU standards, and client specifications.
Promote and enforce site safety protocols. Ensure RAMS, permits, and health & safety procedures are followed by all subcontractors and trades.
Coordinate closely with project management, structural consultants, and client representatives. Attend progress meetings and provide clear reporting on CSA status, risks, and mitigation measures.
Candidate Profile:
3+ years' experience in a CSA-focused role on large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or data centre projects
Strong technical knowledge across civil, structural, and architectural construction packages
Comfortable leading subcontractors, coordinating across disciplines, and solving complex buildability issues
Previous data centre project experience is highly desirable
Fluent in English; prior work in the Nordics is an advantage
Must hold an EU passport or valid right to work in Norway
What’s on Offer:
€120,000 – €130,000 per annum
Full rotation package including accommodation and travel support
Strategic role on a flagship hyperscale data centre project
Long-term pipeline of work across the Nordic region
Work with a dynamic contractor specialising in technically advanced builds
Collaborative site culture focused on quality, safety, and delivery
