CSA Lead – Data Centres – Sweden We are currently partnering with an international construction company with operations in Ireland, Germany and Sweden. Their impressive and ever-growing portfolio includes commercial, fit-out, data centres, biopharma, industrial warehousing, retail, residential, healthcare, conservation and education projects. Due to their continued growth, they are actively seeking an experienced CSA Lead to join their team in Sweden. • CSA Package Management Requirements Must have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role Benefits €100,000 - €110,000 + Full rotational Package
Take ownership of the full CSA scope, including substructure, superstructure, external works, internal partitions, finishes, and architectural detailing. Manage subcontractors to deliver high-quality work safely, on time, and to specification.
• Design Interface & Coordination
Liaise with the design team to review and coordinate civil and structural drawings, specifications, and BIM models. Provide constructability feedback and ensure all works align with the architectural and MEP strategies.
• Programme & Progress Control
Develop and monitor the CSA construction programme in collaboration with the planning team. Identify and mitigate risks to schedule, ensuring sequencing aligns with MEP installation and commissioning activities.
• Quality & Compliance Oversight
Enforce strict QA/QC procedures across all CSA works. Conduct regular inspections and audits, manage snagging processes, and ensure compliance with local building codes, EU regulations, and project standards.
• Health & Safety Leadership
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on site. Ensure CSA works are delivered in accordance with the project’s HSE plan, and that RAMS, permits, and safety procedures are always implemented and adhered to.
• Stakeholder & Client Coordination
Attend site meetings and coordinate closely with client representatives, structural consultants, and project management teams. Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies related to CSA works.
Data Centre experience is preferred
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Sweden
