Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate commissioning activities across mechanical & electrical systems
Oversee commissioning plans, QA/QC documentation, and compliance procedures
Support integrated system testing (IST) and project handover
Work closely with project managers, design teams, and subcontractors
Ensure commissioning schedules are met and issues are resolved quickly
Prepare progress reports, commissioning documentation, and close-out packs
Maintain a strong safety and quality culture on all commissioning activities
Key Requirements
5+ years commissioning experience (preferably in data centres or pharma)
Strong understanding of mechanical or electrical building services
Ability to manage commissioning workflows, checklists, and QA/QC processes
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Experience working with contractors or specialist commissioning teams
Strong reporting and documentation skills
