Commissioning Engineer- Rosslare

€65,000-70,000 DOE + Package

Our company is currently recruiting an experienced Commissioning Engineer to be working onsite in Rosslare, Ireland for a Tier 1 contractor committed to excellence, innovation and sustainability that delivers high quality services. The company is currently involved in complex technical projects in life sciences, pharmaceutical and data centre schemes across Europe.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Come up with commissioning plans and schedules for construction projects.

• Establish commissioning requirements, objectives and performance criteria based on project specifications and standards.

• Participate in meetings and provide commissioning input on requirements and integration into project design.

• Oversee the installation and testing of building systems and components including MEP & HVAC systems.

• Collaborate commissioning activities with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion and compliance with project requirements.

•  Prepare and organise commissioning documentations.

• Provide regular updates and reports to project teams and stakeholders on commissioning progress, issues and resolutions.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Building/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience in commissioning engineer role.

• Sound knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.

• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety protocols.

• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines.

• Excellent IT skills.

• Main contractor experience is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem solving skills.
