Our client is a well-established and thriving specialist mechanical services contractor undertaking the supply and installation of prefabricated and modular mechanical / HVAC, Chilled Water Systems and associated plantrooms and energy solutions across Ireland, The UK and Europe 

This organisation works across multiple industry sectors but in mainland Europe they specialise within the data centre and similar high-tech markets. 

Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial team from their Amsterdam office 
You’ll drive commercial strategy, lead project QS teams, and ensure financial and contractual performance across major builds.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all commercial aspects of large-scale MEP projects
Manage cost planning, procurement, valuations & risk
Work closely with PMs, QSs, and clients to track performance
Ensure profitability and contractual compliance
Support project delivery from pre-construction to final account

What You Need
Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
8+ years' post-qualification experience on large MEP projects
Strong commercial & contractual knowledge
Excellent communication, organisation & leadership skills
High IT proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Fluent in English
Right to work in the EU & flexible for travel

Nice to Have
Experience in the Data Centre sector
