BMS Manager - Netherlands - Data Centre

We're looking for a BMS Manager to be responsible for a BMS package for a large-scale, high-value Data Center project. This entails overseeing its design development, engineering, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and startup phases. Directly reporting to the Project Manager - Mechanical, the successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of the package, including quality assurance, progress monitoring, adherence to the program timeline, and commercial considerations.

The BMS Package Manager will collaborate closely with in-house mechanical and electrical teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of system requirements. Additionally, they will be responsible for reviewing all technical submittals of equipment to ensure alignment with BMS design specifications.

Skills and qualifications required:

• Demonstrated excellent technical proficiency in BMS systems and related products.
• Strong communication and reporting skills are essential.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience in BMS roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Understanding of project planning, construction sequencing, and critical path analysis.
• Previous experience working in the Netherlands is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and HVAC systems is necessary.
• Previous experience in BMS testing and commissioning up to level 5 is preferred.
