HSE Advisor – Cleanrooms – Teesside, Billingham

We are currently Partnering with a High-Growth, Market Leader in the Modular Cleanroom Design for the Biopharmaceutical sector. Demonstrating success across the UK and EMEA, they are currently seeking a HSE Advisor to help further develop their growth.

Responsibilities

Risk Assessment & Compliance – Conduct risk assessments for cleanroom construction, installation, and maintenance processes to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14644, GMP).

Safety Procedures & Training – Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs specific to modular cleanroom environments, ensuring workers understand contamination control, PPE usage, and hazardous material handling.

Site Inspections & Audits – Perform regular safety audits and inspections of cleanroom assembly and installation sites to identify hazards, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Incident Investigation & Reporting – Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and non-conformities, providing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Environmental & Waste Management – Oversee waste disposal and environmental controls for cleanroom materials, ensuring compliance with sustainability regulations and minimizing contamination risks.

Requirements

Must have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role

Must have relevant degree or NEBOSH qualification

Must be based within a commutable distance of Teesside Billingham
