Our Client, a well-established and very busy Contractor with a £250m+ turnover requires a Recruitment coordinator reporting into the Head of Recruitment responsible for Sourcing Talent, Recruitment Advertising Vacancies and Employment Contracts. Additional responsibilities will include Supporting HR / the business in recruiting personnel for positions in the UK, sourcing social media and in-house database, creating job specification, managing graduate recruitment by visiting Universities, attending open days / career fairs, conducting Face to Face interviews, creating issuing Contracts, Secondonments and Starter Packs and liaising with Agencies.
The desired Candidate will be suitably qualified with3 years’ Construction recruitment experience gained with contractors or working for a Recruitment Agency and proficient in Social Media with a strong attention to detail, communication skills and excellent IT skills. You must be able to work on own initiative or as part of a team with good time management and organisation skills.
