Our Client a leading well established sub-contractor requires a M&E Procurement manager based in their London offices. Your responsibilities include managing the sub-contract procurement process, interfacing with Estimating, Engineering, Surveying and Purchasing to provide an organised and competitive procurement approach on all designated Projects. Additional responsibilities include leading the sub-contract procurement process on all designated projects whilst establishing and maintaining a high quality, competitive and bid compliant supply chain. Ensuring the supply chain supports the GBL bid process through competitive tendering, innovation and support documentation of the highest quality.
Liaising with the Estimating engineering and purchasing Department and establish suitable schedule of sub-contractors for quoting individual projects, monitor and record provision of competitive and compliant quotations, review with supply chain where necessary.
You will be expected to attend tender launch meetings and prepare a proposed sub-contractor tender schedule and establish better buying discounts available to assist the Bid Director in the tender settlement process.
